Henry Cheung, a Chinese native, immigrated to the US when
he was 17 years old. Arriving with limited English proficiency,
he grew to understand the importance of language access.
Now, Henry has the opportunity to grant that access in
an upcoming trial at the Kankakee County courthouse.
